Is there someway I can track when and how my documents are downloaded?

Yes, DocumentReady keeps logs on file for all documents transferred within
the system. This is done not only for an added layer of security, but also to provide you with a simple way to verify that your documents
got to where you wanted them to go.

What types of documents can I upload?

Just about any document you can think of. Our file type database consist of tens of thousands of recognized mime-types.

I accidently deleted a document that was very important, can I get it back?

You bet! Just goto the recycle bin and restore it :)

I accidently deleted a document directly from my recycle-bin that I now need back. Is it lost forever or can I somehow restore this document?

Of course! We don't delete anything, ever. Files removed from the recycle bin are sent to an isolated holding area. Therefore if you have
already deleted a document from your recycle bin can be restored within 24 hours for a nominal fee of
$20.00 per document.

How often are my documents backed-up by your system?

Every document you upload is immediately backup by the DocumentReady system.

How long can I keep documents inside DocumentReady that I upload?

All of your Documents will remain in our system and will be accessible by you as long as your account is in good standing.
Documents sent to your recycle-bin will remain accessible for a period of 90 days before being moved to a holding area where they
can then be restored for a nominal fee of $20.00.

What is the largest document I can upload?

Is there a limit to the number of documents that I can upload?

No, upload however few or many documents you want.

Can i search through the documents I upload for a keyword or statement?

Yes you can search through your document using natural language search terms. See Searching Documents

I forgot my password, is there some way that I can get it back?
- You can get your password sent to the email address associated with your account at any time.
- If you no longer have access to your email
account you can retrieve your password by answering the secret question you provided durring signup.

Can I share my username and password with someone else?

No, you must provide each individual with their own account. Sharring your account information with anyone is a violation of our EULA.

How many user logins can I create?

You may create 2 Administrative Accounts (upload) in addition to your own. You may create any number of Standard User (download) accounts.
